I shop in new look quite a lot in the solihull branch. Not long ago I bought some items and the lady took my email address and I never got an email receipt that day. I have been to new look again and once again I bought items and I haven't got a receipt to my email again. This is obviously not working. why don't you go back to the original paper receipts !!! now I'm stuck with items that i probably will never wear because I didn't try them on. FUMING ?

Always check your receipt, sale item went through at a higher price. I returned to the store within 5 mins of noticing this, they refused to honour the sale price sticker on the item and removed the sticker so I had no proof to take it further. Customer service are as bad as the store completely not interested. This is now the second time this has happened to me in new look all be it many years apart and a different store. Therefore I will no longer use any New Look going forward, as I believe what you advertise an item for should be what you pay for it.
As a side note after talking to a member of staff at a different store seems they also don?t care about the well-being of staff, so no surprises about how the treat customers

Horrendous customer service. Brought shoes from there for my daughter, she wore them 3 times, they fell apart. Refused an exchange it refund. Contacted customer services who said a refund and exchange should have been offered due to new look faulty policy that lasts 6 months. Returned to store and confronted with a rude manager who only offered me an exchange and said it was managers discretion. She said if it was down to her she would have offered nothing. Disgusting. The manager also went on to accuse us of being another customer who tried to bring back another pair of shoes. Obviously we weren?t. I did not want an exchange on something that fell apart after 3 days use. I also didn?t want a voucher as I wouldn?t use new look again as you can?t trust their returns policy! I would like to state that nowhere on the receipt does it state where you can wear their items of clothing or shoes or for how long. It does not say if you wear these shoes for 8 hours for 3 days you won?t be able to return if they fall apart. Under consumer act, faulty items can be returned for refund.
People wonder why the high street is dying, terrible customer services is definitely one of the reasons.
I would like to add that when I contacted New Look customer services through the website they were brilliant. Understood my complaint, agreed with me on my rights to return and refunded me the money. I would recommend contacting them when their stores are just deliberately being unfair and awkward.

The card machine was not working, so I had to go and get money out, when I went back the staff were so accommodating. I know how it feels to work in a shop and have the same situation, people are not nice!

Disgusting workers attitude, was racially profiled as you can guess i am brown and was followed around the store by multiple workers , My siblings age 11 was followed and stared down by an employee we were followed section to section until we felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave the shop, I have never experienced something like this before in newlook, but it?s a coincidence becasue i was wearing a palestine badge.

Was served by the lovely Eve. She was amazing and very polite. Was very helpful in returning an item she made it so simple. Keep up the good customer service ??

They don?t give receipt. And do not allow exchange even in 2 days???. Terrible customer care. Managers work online only. Never go back?

It was a high speed shopping trip for some holidays clothes and it mostly did the job. Good prices, size ranges and stuff for myself and daughter so we left happy.Friendly service at the till and the customary knickknacks at the till had us spending on things we didn?t know we needed ;)
