I shop in new look quite a lot in the solihull branch. Not long ago I bought some items and the lady took my email address and I never got an email receipt that day. Always check your receipt, sale item went through at a higher price. I returned to the store within 5 mins of noticing this, they refused to honour the sale price sticker on the item and removed the sticker so I had no proof to take it further.
