I finally changed my bank from Lloyd's after 45 years.The switch was easy although I panicked.The staff very friendly and helpful.The £200.00 was also a great incentive.Lately Lloyd's had become so unhelpful everything was a big deal and had to be on line.Its so warming to be greeted with a helpful smile.Keep up the good work we need you.

I took my 12 year old in because she had managed to freeze her account, card and internet access. Amazingly helpful lady cheerfully corrected everything! I can't praise her enough.

I was very happy with my recent visit to nationwide Solihull. Laura ( staff member ) helped me , she sat with me to give me step by step instructions of what I needed to do to. Laura helped entertain my young son , getting him a pen and paper so he could draw whilst I could complete paperwork.Thank you Laura & thank you nationwide for making my visit with a toddler easy, refreshing and positive.I?m a happy customer :0)

Have been into this bank twice now to try and stop a company called ?sweep? taking £14.99 out of my bank account multiple times a month and they had no intentions to help but to tell me it was basically my fault I had signed up to something! Absolute joke of bank goin to Be switching ASAP

I was attended to really quickly by a lovely woman who knew exactly what I needed and then they managed to get me in quickly for a meeting with Rob who was just amazing and gave me all of the information I needed. I used to use Shirley before they closed. I have been to solihull a few times and glad to say all of the staff from Shirley are at Solihull. Debbie sorted me and my husband out twice, excellent service. They are so busy but they all great you with a smile and great service

The branch lost completed Lasting Power of Attorney papers in July 2020 which we set-up on behalf of an widowed elderly gentleman in a Care Home. In January 2023 we tried to contact Nationwide concerning Card-Reader problems which after 1.5 hours on Live Chat the matter was eventually referred to Complaints Dept. Communication with Nationwide Building Society is abysmal.

Manager at this branch is really rude to customers I?m a nationwide customer for over 20 years and my whole family is after the way this manager at this branch spoke to me il be moving all my accounts to NatWest . And I not recommend anyone not to go to this branch cause the manager is a right cow. Becky
