Have been shopping here for years, staff always friendly and helpful however, the cleanliness has gone to pot, the ladies loo is a disgrace, dirty sinks, taps haven?t had a proper clean in a long time, 1 out is 3 loos have a lock! Toilet brushes are revolting and the toilets dirty, a health hazard especially in a shop that sells fresh food, whoever is responsible for this needs to take a note
If the loos aren?t clean what?s the rest of the shop like ?! Needs sorting

My daughter was at Morrisons to buy flowers for me. As she was walking out of self checkout, she got accused of shop lifting rudely when she had clearly bought the flowers. The lady told her to get a receipt when the self checkout has a choice whether you print the receipt or not. She left my daughter feeling very upset to be treated as a shop lifter and making a scene in front of everyone to publicly humiliate her. This happened on the 9th August around 2pm. Very disappointing behaviour from the staff.

Most of my food shopping occurs here. Some of the staff are really lovely. Went in today for some food shopping. Well stocked and easy to find what I'm looking for.

Firstly, keep an eye on when you arrive/park up at the store. As you have a maximum of 90 minutes of parking time, even for people with disabilities/blue badge holders.
They have 1, maybe 2 tills on if you're lucky. The rest is self-serve (when they work).
It's quite hard to find staff to help you when you're looking for help or when you do find staff, they seem to forget they are at work - too busy larking & joking around with co-workers.
Then, they seem put out when you try to get their attention for help finding a product!!
I only really go to the Solihull Store if I'm in a rush for just a few items.

A very very bad situation happened. I wanted to park my car but unfortunately there was a big delivery vehicle parked sideways taking up two spaces. No one could park in either space. I stood in front of the vehicle for more than ten minutes but I got tired and went to another place, knowing that this place is designated for people with disabilities. I filmed everything I was saying and filmed the vehicle because I was very tired and exhausted, so I told everyone the story so that we can take into consideration other people's circumstances. You don't know what I suffer from or how I feel to talk to someone like the delivery driver, unfortunately. And unfortunately, a man standing and not doing anything because the vehicle is parked in front of the door.

I had a problem yesterday (30 April) buying some geraniums and using paying machine with no cashiers on - and there was a very helpful young man who helped me scan them through. Thank you to him as he was very kind and considerate and had a lot of people asking him for assistance.
