Nice McDonald's restaurant. Food is typical but service and atmosphere are good. Bit hard to drive into, as it's on a one way system.

As I entered the place stank of stale cigarette smoke - probably not McDonald's fault really, it was likely on other customers clothing.
Staff attitude was just OK, my wife's meal (takeaway) was missing the dip it should have come with. As it was takeaway we had no opportunity to correct this.
Very disappointing.

Why do you not salt the fries?
Why are the fries never warm?
Why do you get the orders mixed up all the time?
Why do you forget the sauces in our meals on delivery?
Just take note and fix the issues please

Great service, even though the staff was busy service the breakfast, they made time to make some fries specifically for me on my request at 10.20 am. Special thanks to Rhia, the manager for that I highly appreciate it.

Order took 20 minutes to be delivered while all the just eat and diliveroo drivers walked in picked up food and left. Seems that serving people at the building is not a priority.

We received non salted fries, and the service was bad because the person could not be understood and secondly because we waited in our takeout lane with the car and the other lane was moving very quickly. It was as of we were forgotten and there was five cars behind or so who was able to put in their orders before ours.
We'll likely never go again as McDonald's can no longer provide a consistent service.
There has now been multiple instances where the order is wrong too.

Supposed to be a 24h McDonald?s. Stopped to charge my car here at 10:30pm and the doors are locked. Not sure you?ve understood what « open 24/7 » actually means.

Ordered uber eats and slight amendments on the burgers. All the burgers came with everything on? I literally mean everything, cucumber, mayo, ketchup, loads of gerkins, sweet chilli?. Everything that could grab their hands on.
Drove back to the store to be met with a rude manager. Rest of the food at home cold.
Not sure if someone thinks it?s a joke to handle customers food like that but it?s disgusting.

Adam with the hearing aid service was way better the shift manager that was working there. Adam was amazing and very friendly I really hope he gets recognised and gets a recognition for his service and his time.
