Very busy. Was waiting a bit for order. Lot of children in as end of school. Again children making mess but staff cleaning up. Lots of room.
Parking: Multi floor parking . Plenty of room
Kid-friendliness: Can sit on high stools or seats. Corner seating. Long tables if in a group.
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of slopes to get in and room inside

The place is always clean.
The best thing I would like to point out is : the security staff is observant and vigilant. This is not my first time to see them stop some teens vaping inside / making much noise not buying any food but just occupying tables and smoke.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald?s location today. I placed my order and waited for 35-40 minutes, only to watch customers who ordered after me get their food first. Despite bringing this to the staff?s attention, they finally served my order?but the food was cold. When I politely pointed this out to an employee, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
When I asked to speak to the manager, their response was even worse. The manager simply said, ?I don?t know anything,? showing a complete lack of accountability or willingness to resolve the issue.
This level of poor service is unacceptable, especially for a fast-food restaurant. Long wait times, cold food, and unresponsive staff reflect badly on the company. I hope McDonald?s takes immediate action to improve the quality of service at this location.

Worst experience ever had in McDonalds , staff is too slow , ignoring customers, waited for my food more than half an hour, they lost the receipt, even when the food came it was totally cold, very irresponsible staff. Should improve everything literally. Even all the tables and floor was mess.

We waited 25 minutes to pay for a single medium meal and extra medium fries we asked for help and the server said that he would get someone so we waited for another worker to let us pay but nobody came so we asked a manager I believe and the one that kept walking away was the one that meant to serve us when he said he asked somebody else and then the manager told us it was the kid we asked originally that was meant to take our money to pay for our meal, and the service was ridiculous 25 minutes!

Me and my partner came in here and the tables were disgusting and nobody was there to clean them they have closed the other side of the restaurant for what? Clean your tables the staff are awful in here

Full of young chavvy kids. Unsure if they were short staffed but the restaurant was full of people waiting for their food. No clear sense of urgency in the kitchen. The only saving grace was the lovely cleaner with pink hair

I really enjoyed the service from the very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Be careful as the floor can get slippery .

Complete shambles. No one taking charge. Staff look unsure about what to do. Ticket system not working. Just horrendous. Burger over cooked. Customers annoyed. Whoever owns this franchise is not in control.

Really unprofessional staff serving. One was ignoring customers and on her phone. Several of the servers then had a conversation about an HR issue right in front of customers, including slagging off the company.

90% of the restaurant was closed up at 645pm when it didn?t shut until 8pm. Had to sit on kiddy stool with some random people.

Dont go if you need a toilet never has any loo roll and staff are awfully rude mate my pregnant sister wait 10 minutes for a toll of toilet roll

Waiting for food for 25 minutes . Need more staff as there?s not enough workers food came out wrong after waiting 25 minutes this is very upsetting as this is a fast food restaurant
