SCAM - Ordered on the app to collect, told at the restaurant that they couldn't find the order even though I gave them the number and showed them my phone. Then told not to worry because I wouldn't be charged so I could just order again.
Of course, double charged me and I had to go through McDonalds customer service and all sorts of emails and proof to get my money back.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

We ordered for a delivery normally not too bad but always have to warm the food as always quite cold. The last time we ordered from there we were a childs cheese burger missing so they went without, thought would give them another try, we won't be ordering from there again as this time we had NO cheese burger and NO double cheese burger both of which were for kids so again they went without as no option on just eat to have them replaced and also no dips were sent for the other kids chicken nuggets. Will be trying a different McDonald's if we order again.

You won't get what you order. Foods always missing stuff, I got a double cheeseburger where they forgot everything but the bun and burger and that's usually how it goes every time I go, something is missing.

i ordered TWO diet but only ONE came, i ordered a mc chicken sandwich meal NO CHIPS there is this sticky yellow sauce on all the packaging and it came late i would like them to fix this

Placed an order via McDonald's app late on Sunday night having just back from holiday. The order was placed at the Warwick Road store. 2 double cheeseburgers were completely missed off my order. Obviously a picking error. Yet to get a reply from Uber or McDonald's some 36 hours later.... Really disappointing. I would expect more care to be taken on delivered orders... Suspect staff were more interested in going home than servicing orders correctly.

I am fed up of ordering from you, you literally NEVER get the order right! Who checks the bags before they go out for delivery! Not good enough, yet again we?ve received our order and are missing a burger, we got a refund but what good is that when we?ve payed delivery charges!!

One of the slowest drive thru's I've ever been to (maybe they were short staffed) and orders were all mixed up! I ended up with something I hadn't ordered (a chicken burger which wasn't nice at all). I'll think twice before going here again...

Unless your a user driver go elsewhere. Service is terrible. 20 minute wait for a hash brown. Food cold.
