Came in for the ?Mother?s Day pamper? my son had bookedBig thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome and at ease, especially the amazing facial & massage by Sophie; very professional and knowledgeable of products . My kids enjoyed making the bath bomb for me and the bonus goody bag was brilliant contents. Highly recommend

I was served today at Lush, Solihull at 11:20AM by a lovely girl called Halima.She was very kind when greeting me at the door. She let me wander around a little without disturbing me but came over quickly to offer me help. She helped me choose a lovely valentines gift box for my mum (with some stickers that I will be keeping for myself hehe) and explained the prices, the uses of each product, how long they?ll last etc.She was very chatty and friendly, very informative (she clearly knows her stuff!), and extremely polite to the point it almost shocked me. Really good customer service and I hope this message gets back to her! :)

We visited the store on Friday morning and had an amazing visit. We were made to feel so welcome and included and found exactly what we needed with the help of the lovely staff. Both myself and my daughter left feeling so much better for just being in the calming energy of the shop. We can't wait to come and visit again soon!

Came here to buy a gift for a friend ended up buying 4 gifts for her and one for me... All Brandon's fault ? Nah, in all honesty amazing service, Lush is just lush (no need to mention how amazing the products are) but Brandon was LUSH, super nice, super helpful and very good at pointing you to the right products! He was very fun, I came out of the shop feeling much happier and positive than when I entered.

After ordering lush items prior to Christmas for my daughter?s birthday on the 19th January, the items did not arrive as expected so I contacted Lush. After a series of e mails and failed attempts to find a status of the order ? my luck changed today when I decided to contact the store at Solihull !!!! This is where Michael answered the call and went above and beyond to return my faith towards Lush !!He contacted customer services for me to ask if he would be able to process my order from the store in Solihull & cancel my online order. He called me back within 30 minutes to confirm that he could complete this for me & also arrange the delivery, what a star ??He really has been my superstar today & I want to thank him so much for all his help. He has shown such kindness & professionalism. I really couldn?t have asked for more, so thank you so much Michael for all your help

Popped in to look at the hair care range. I was greeted with a smile and offered help if needed by all of the front of house customer care team. But I must commend Banan, who has a really extensive knowledge of the product range, she gave personal insights and is a great ambassador for the curly hair range. Many thanks for your help.

Today I popped into Lush Solihull and as usual I was met with incredible service! Halima in particular was an absolute star! As someone with very sensitive skin it was lovely to have advice from someone who had experienced the same, she gave me full in depth knowledge on the products, ingredients and overall suitability to my skin type. Clearly she is a vital member of staff at the store as was incredibly friendly helpful and just overall brilliant, will definitely be popping back in soon! Thanks again Halima?

Halima was so helpful, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with her help. I didn?t feel like I was a bother at all, she answered all my questions and was very educated about all the different bath bombs and the different scents too! I liked that she made me feel heard and didn?t just rush me to make a sale. So thank you so much halimaaaaa you was amazing xx

This review was overdue so here we go! BANAN - you have left me with wonderful memory of Lush in Solihull. That?s my childhood branch, and coming in for the first time after many many years, I didn?t expect to be overwhelmed with the fantastic service that you gave me. I spent near enough 1.5 hours there that day, you super informative and very attentive towards my needs. You made sure that I left with every question answered, and with a solution to my problems. We connected so well I honestly was blown away with how lovely you are, my trip to lush was so special that day. I gained a fellow friend on top a few products for my skin. They remind me of you when I use them! Manager if you?re reading this, please give dear Banan a promotion. She sits down and thoroughly explains each product (not missing a single fact out) and she believes in the brand - speaking of it so highly. My mother previously came in and mentioned this lady, so happens to be that when I came in I was blessed to meet her too just by chance.Thank you so much for taking your time out to be so patient with me that day, it was meant to be! And hopefully I?ll bump into you again once day ??
