Exceptional customer service from the staff. I would like to thank Henry, Chloe and Jo for setting an example of how to apply good ethics in a workplace.I believe a few staff in the lloyds acocks green branch would benefit from observing the staff at the solihull and take note on how to support customers and uphold the values of the company.Again a big thank you to the staff at Solihull for restoring my faith in humanity. ?

Pay some money in to my account on the 24/11/23 and I when to the counter and the lady was very rude and said to me that they can't pay money in no more that the counterI explain to her that the machine wasn't accepting it at santander as the money was all folded up and creast she then when on to say that they have different machine to other banks wasn't even listening to what I was trying to say to her and then she ask her fellow colleagues to step inTheir service has gone down hill

I am not impressed by the online new customer account service , as we tried multiple times on photo information which kept getting denied. Then calling customer services and getting cut off after a couple of minutes is a joke

Lloyds was once a great brand but sadly no longer. There is no hint of customer service nor pride in the way this business conducts itself.

I'm really appalled by the service of lack there of that my husband received. I rang lloyds bank and asked if my husband could come in and put some money in mu bank. They said yes all he needs is my bank details. I needed it to get a cab home cause public transport was delayed due to an accident so I had to get user but we only had cash. So my husband went in as the people on the phone operator instructed ... and he was denied. The lady had ginger hair and glasses and apparently made him feel like she didn't like the look of him. He just came from work so probably looked abit scruffy but I ended up being stranded cause he couldn't put money in my bank to get home . I waited 2 hours in the rain before I managed to get a lift. Thanks lloyds ! Really needed that ! I don't understand what the issue was. We did everything you told us to. But you still said no. Never have there ever been a problem putting money in the account. No matter how. Fuming is not the word. Might change banks if this is the case.

Went in with intention of opening a business account, after 15 mins of waiting at the desk an employee became free only then to start dealing with another customer who was already being helped out. No apology or anything, I was invisible! I walked out disgusted at the customer service.

Great disabled access. ATM outside and 3 inside. Also 2 paying in machines. Slope or stairs on entry to the bank. There are plenty of chairs available inside the bank. There is also a help desk and a lower counter for those who are maybe in a wheelchair or scooter. Staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The only one thing is. That there is normally a queue.
