Absolutely no help at all. Pharmacist wouldn?t prescribe an Antibiotic or cream for my son. Went to another pharmacy and they prescribed an antibiotic cream for my son straight away.

This pharmacy is awful. Awarding one star is being too generous. The customer service assistant's attitude is terrible. After spending nearly half an hour on the phone unsuccessfully trying to book an appointment with the equally awful doctors surgery next door, I had the misfortune to go to this pharmacy to ask for advice from the pharmacist. I was sceptical, but decided to go there and ask for some advice. I was right to be sceptical. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I was told rudely and unsympathetically that there would be a twenty minute wait to see the them. As he/she was bagging up the prescriptions. Clearly their priority is not to assist customers whatsoever and have an easy life hidden behind the counter. My question would have taken two minutes to answer. Where does a person go for medical advice? The GP's have no appointments available for weeks on end and it seems you can't even ask advice from a pharmacist. I will never go there again and my advice is to avoid. Unless you want to be treated very badly.
I've since had an response from the owner stating that I shouldn't have been upset after being offered a twenty minute wait to see the pharmacist. That I should understand how stressed and overworked they are. That they were concentrating on the prescriptions so that errors aren't made. The fact that they could not break off from preparing the prescriptions was not explained at the time by the rude customer service assistant. Which led me to the conclusion that they were just not interested. And prioritising their own work instead of their face to face customers. This just proves yet again what a terrible place it is. What they fail to understand is, that I too am stressed and overworked. That I cannot get a doctor's appointment for weeks, that in desperation I went to them for advice. And their response is rudeness, argumentativeness and apathy.

Dispensing the totally wrong medication and my Mother needed overnight Hospital treatment / care. Rang up to complain and found the staff to be extremely unhelpful and unapologetic.

My wife had the considerable misfortune to attend this pharmacy for her COVID booster. Whilst administering the jab the idiot, who was not wearing a mask coughed in her face. 5 days later my wife who has a heart condition was taken by ambulance to hospital after testing positive for COVID. Ten days later she is still very poorly. 5 days after my wife I tested positive. I am classed as clinically extremely vulnerable and my treatment including anti viral medicine delivered by courier must have cost the NHS dearly. My wife although very ill managed to speak to idiot who admitted to having a cough. He is obviously too thick to know that you can indeed have COVID and pass on the virus without displaying any symptoms. Even if unaware of having the virus surely his parents should have told him it is good manners to turn ones head and cover your mouth when coughing NOT direct it into another's face. Avoid this idiot pharmacy. In answering my original review the reader will note that all vaccinators have to take a test prior to starting shift. So strange the idiot never thought to mention this "fact"(?) whilst speaking to my wife. Must have slipped his mind ? obviously!

Was really apprehensive to have my covid booster after having a bad experience at a different pharmacy previously. I have to say a massive thankyou to the young man for his patience with me and also his professionalism. Highly recommend

Lovely staff so on the ball when comes to my presentations. Always tell me if there's a problem. Went in for my flu jab and the young lad that did was so patient with me as I?m scared of needles and was supportive through how process.
