Visited the Lakeland store in Solihull Tuesday 9th August and I have to say the Customer service there is outstanding . There was a member of staff who helped me to find what I wanted and then as I approached the till to be served as the till position was busy another member of staff quickly signed on to another till and called me over . The store itself is well laid out and clean and exceedingly tidy . What a fantastic team !!!

Over charged for item yesterday morning £4.20p even though I mentioned it to the lady at till at the time, obviously the barcode is scanning the wrong items so check your receipt customers ?

I really enjoy my visits to Lakeland as the staff are always so friendly and professional. Emma Turner in particular is always so kind and helpful. They are lucky to have her.

Great store.\\n\\nThe staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The service is amazing too. I would definitely recommend this place over others, especially with their 3 year guarantee on everything they sell.\\n\\nThey stock lots of things you can't get in other stores and have everything you could need for your cooking needs. I always stop by when I need something.

I lovey experience here! It's a very open store which is clean and ready Nicely set out! The products are high quality and the prices are too expensive!!
