Found KO - LOCK via a recommendation. Kris responded very promptly, analysed the issues, travelled to his distributor and the same day changed the 2 locks needed. Kris has been an absolutely amazing professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Excellent service. The locking mechanism had jammed up and the replacement parts not available 7 years later. (How unusual!!!) Kris managed to undo it all, clean it, re rivet it back to the frame and adjust it and its as good as new. Thank you Kris good value too. ?

Cannot rate this company highly enough. After getting locked out, with young children who needed feeding/changing etc, the guy came out and had me back in the house within the hour. Highly recommended!
