Total disgrace service.I took 2 watches for a new battery.The woman said that even with new ones the watches didn't work and the were in need of a service.£120 each watch.I took them to Timpsons they put the new batteries £12.00 each and they still working after 5 months.As I said...a disgrace service from Knowle Goldsmith

Andrew and Stephen are great and the lady who helps unsure of her name. They are so friendly,knowledgeable, helpful and good old fashioned values with their excellent service and manor.
