Rude awful staff with no customer service skills and very slow on the till. Was it Really worth holding the till and que up just because the sales assistant put something through wrong which should have been in a different transaction according to her? Yep well done pat on the back for saving £1. Silly . Definitely gone down hill

I usually really enjoy shopping in H&M, however after my experience in the Solihull branch in 12th November this enjoyment was taken away and I left the shop feeling irritated, annoyed, of no value as a customer. The staff in there were rude, unprofessional, ignorant and had no interest whatsoever. And when asked for someone to man a till as the lunchtime queue was getting longer and longer and the girls serving was just lolling over the desk whilst showing a customer how to join the H&M app no one came for 10 mins and when she did she decided to hang clothes up over serving the queue!!! And when she did serve..after someone asked politely if she could she made no eye contact, had no smile no apology and was downright rude! Spoilt my afternoon actually as I was late back for work and couldn?t finish my lunchtime shopping ?

Staff so unhelpfull in this store .visited today. Selling bikini bottoms without higene stickers . Asked where the collection point is woman just said upstairs mens wear. Didn't tell me it's a in a locker . None of the self check out worked upstairs .

For this brand, this is quite a large store across floors, with the extra space meaning a larger selection of clothing and accessories available to browse and buy. Some good sale items can be found.

Dreadful service today, rude assistant in fitting room - half of changing rooms closed due to a spillage caused by kids messing about... Mop it up then!!!!!!

Visited this H&M over the weekend and It was very busy but super organised which took me by surprised. I was able to find the item I was looking for but not all the sizes were available. When using the fitting room, the worker was rude. She gave us attitude, stood there on her phone scrolling on social media and wasn?t helpful at all. When returning the items back to her, the same attitude was given. I then realised she was a manager. If she?s treating customers like this, god knows how she treats the employees.
