Went to the Halifax yesterday had a lovely assistant called Annie help me xx have chemotherapy and cannot remember things !she helped me put money in she was so helpful asked me about on line banking sorry I can't do that !too confusing but what a credit she is too you top marks Annie

What a terrible store, 2 members of staff in the whole store. Arrived at 12.20 still waiting around at 12.40. Please get more staff in shop as customers are trying to sort out business during lunch breaks etc.

Appalling experience today. The lady cashier was so rude. No manners, never looked at me, gave me my receipts not detailing what accounts they referred to. Would have helped as im 72 years of age so, every little helps! Appalling attitude. Her parting shot OK? Where's the thank you, have a good day? She should go to King's Heath Branch, staff so friendly and polite. I'll take my custom there from now on.

Under staffed. People in front of me had queued for over 1 hour. One member of staff on during lunch hour. Queue was to the door with several people leaving to come back later. Very shoddy. Can?t wait to close this account.

The opening hours are completely deficient and on a Saturday are just ridiculous. Always a queue, staff pretty indifferent / don't seem to care much

Not my usual branch but have visited twice in the last 3 months. Queue goes to the door. Under staffed and staff dawdle badly. They are polite and the branch is clean hence the 2 stars. Everything else is a let down. Systems are slow and so are staff and can't figure the management system out if there is one.

I visited the Halifax Bank at 9am today. One cashier serving. Another appeared 5 minutes later. After a wait of 15 minutes, I asked one of the cashier's (whose attitude was somewhat indifferent) to speak to a member of staff at the help desk. Her reply was "There's no one available" and continued with her work. Both Shocking, and appalling customer service. I immediately left the bank in disgust. In the past I have spoken with Manjit, and Simon who were very helpful. Is this now the low standards of service customer's can expect?

Only 1 cashier at window when we came in, 2 others appeared later, queue getting longer. Only one cash machine inside, again big queues! Come on Halifax, get it sorted!!!
