I absaloutley love this salon. The girls are lovely and so attentive. The owner grace knows exactly what she?s talking about, has amazing hair knowledge and always smashes my hair. Really friendly atmosphere will always go here for my hair now

Completely butchered my hair colour. I looked like a tiger leaving there. Stripes were awful. Hair was falling out. They were so rude to the eyebrow lady she had working there.

I asked for either a full head colour or balayage. Whichever they could achieve through a strand test. After completely messing up the colour a brown was put on the orange roots to try and achieve a balayage. No skin test was done only a strand test and now my scalp is itchy. My hair was breaking off in the sink, comb was full of my fallen out hair. I asked for my hair to be like photo one and my hair is photo 2. So I paid £120 to have my hair nothing like I wanted it. Tried to resolve and got no where. Not even offered money back so have got to go through small claim court! Another hairdresser that can't do what they're asked. Just says yes and hopes for the best! Reading your other negative reviews it seems it's a YOU issue

Have been going to Grace for several months. She cuts my hair lovely but not so good with colour. My last experience and the response from Grace (charging me to come back to the salon for a toner, insisting these were highlights, plus an awkward atmosphere when returning) has led me to find a new salon. Yes I was happier with the toner applied, however it washed out into an odd colour and the bold stripes from the chunky highlights started to re-appear. *edited in response to the owners response as it is not accurate*

Had my hair done by Zoe recently and she did a really good consultation with me as I was unsure on what I wanted and what was best, she was highly professional and knowledgeable! Her customer service was great and I am already booked in again to get my hair done before Christmas.

Recently change hairdressers and was really impressed with Zoe, she was friendly and made me feel relaxed. I had a full head colour and she gave great advice. I have been back to have my roots done and will continue to have Zoe so my hair ?

Really good professional service. Zoe was amazing talked me through the hair colour choice and what would suit me. My second time with Zoe and she always makes me feel like a million Dollars after my hair appointment with her. Definitely recommend.

There?s one person and one person only I would trust with my hair and that?s Jamie. I?ll always go to Jay for my hair as he knows what I want and exactly how to do it, always leave feeling amazing because he really is the hair God, will always go to him for anything to do with my hair.
