I go here daily and have to bite my tongue most of the time the manager sure her name is Debbie really really rude and has no people skills I have no idea how she can work with the public but doesn?t know how to speak to people and has zero respect should be back of house if anything

As per usual, Gregg's staff meet the expectations that the name demands. Plenty of choice at 2pm in the afternoon. The cake I had was nice and fresh and the soft drink lovely and chilled. Some parking outside, and also locally.

The Gentleman who served me on Tuesday I found to be hard work. I asked for some cakes in a box and a bag to carry them. Turned his back on me and then he criticised me to another member of staff. I do believe this member of staff needs retaining how to speak to customers with respect and dignity. I don?t recommend anybody should shop at this store. Not when you have staff with an attitude and is disrespectful. If anything he should be show his P45 asap. As I won?t be returning to this shop anytime soon

Quick easy nice food for on the go, I don't know why they charge to eat In when the only 2 tables they have are outside?Wheelchair accessibility: There are only 3 disabled spaces here, if you're lucky they won't already be taken by able drivers with no blue badge!

Went in this morning (07/12/2023) to buy some baguettes, sandwiches etc.Was being served by a pleasant young man when another employee (Debbie who appeared to have ?enhanced? lips) butted in trying to make me purchase bottles of coke/drinks. Politely notified her I didn?t want any to which she sucked her teeth and mumbled something under her breath. Her colleague apologised on her behalf and said she was always trying to be the ?salesperson.?I would have preferred her to kept her unprofessional manner to herself.Not nice and won?t be going there again.

I usually have a friendly service at hobs moat Greggs. Unfortunately the service I received today left me shocked. I only asked for the price of an item as it was not clearly signposted and asked Anne the member of staff who served me if it could be moved so I could see the priced label. I politely asked to then receive a hostile response (mumbling rude words under her breath). I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not in and when I asked again she said he was on his break. I managed to speak to the manager in the end and voiced my concerns. I can understand retail can be difficult and stressful but there is away of communicating to a customer and that was not it.Extremely disappointed and did not enjoy my item after that interaction.
