If we could give zero stars, we would, but unfortunately, that?s not an option!
Me and my sisters have been regular customers at this Greggs branch, but today?s experience left us deeply disappointed and upset. My sister and I went to grab a drink, as we always do, and noticed a Student Beans deal stating that you get a treat with a drink. When we showed the app to the salesperson, he explained that the offer applied only to meal deals, which was fair enough.
However, a lady who turned out to be the manager made an unnecessary and disrespectful comment, claiming in a rude yet ?professional? tone that we ?always come and show the same thing? to get a treat with our drink. This comment was completely uncalled for and felt like an attack on us as regular customers.
When we asked for her name to file a complaint, she didn?t provide it, instead questioning why we wanted it. She then began lecturing us to read the terms and conditions of the offer, rather than simply explaining it politely in the first place. Her condescending tone and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.
Not everyone has the same ability to read the fine print on an offer?for example, someone could face language or literacy barriers?but instead of approaching the situation with understanding, she chose to humiliate and disrespect us. To make matters worse, she wasn?t even wearing a name tag, further avoiding accountability.
This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and I doubt we will return to this branch anytime soon. Customers deserve respect and professionalism, and today?s encounter was far from that. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure others aren?t treated this way.

I?ve never been ignored in such a rude manner ever in my life. I came in for a quick something to eat and was not only Ignored but then ignored again because she wanted to serve you each driver. No I'm sorry i will be with you shortly. Just looked though me like I wasn?t even there. I?m a manager in the pub and restaurants field and if one of my staff behaviour like this I would like to know and that must be losing you a Fortune.

Greggs never disappoints! I recently stopped by for a quick bite, and as always, I was impressed. Their selection of baked goods is fantastic, and everything is always fresh and delicious. Amazing staff! Pharell was brilliant, very kind, helpful and gave outstanding care and service, going into greggs having 2 kids and all the drama that brings lol. Kids love it there, so do we... Great on the pocket, great service, what's not to love! Thanks Pharell for making out day, we plan to be back!Vegetarian options: Mozerella pizza

Food was only mildly warm and it was cash only as the card machine wouldn't accept payments, mind you the food is never very hot at most greggs shops, also and I don't know why this is but the Greggs at Fox &Goose shops seems the filling in the Steak bake always has more well done Fox &Goose Greggs
