Soulless cavernous space which tries to drown the echoing silence with piped music - loud music doesn't make an atmosphere!! Try a smaller venue. Definitely overpriced at almost £20 for burger, fries and drink, no matter how unique you think cooking spuds in peanut oil is.

Well I've always avoided 5 guys because I thought it was very wimpy like - how wrong could I be? Yes, they serve your burger in foil, yes, the restaurant is basic but omg the food is amazing- the best burger I have ever had!

The ?milkshakes are ? delicious. We had a vanilla and a biscotti milkshake. The calorie guidance on these drinks was really helpful. It was the ideal treat (just after seeing the Paddington film)

Wasn't a massive fan but no complaints. Fries were really good, burger was pretty standard. Seems expensive for what it is.

Staff were polite, restaurant was immaculate and food was expensive but scrumptious.

We walked in and it wasn't busy but four very busy faces were very proactively checking to see when we were ready to order. Served within 20 seconds which was good.
Delicious burgers, fries were a tiny bit spicey. Well made burger. I also couldn't work out how to get water out of the machine and the chef happily helped me.
Only downside was they put gurkins instead of lettuce in my burger and forgot to add fries but it was delicious. In fairness he went through the order on the screen and I didn't realise so my bad as well.
