Food was delicious, filling and very good quality. The large fries is a very generous portion - highly recommend. We had the Five guys style fries and they were amazing. Servimg time was quick and there was lots of choice for soda refils. Would come here again.

1st time I had been here. And I was presently surprised. Everything was cooked fresh. The meat on the burgers was really nice, something I'd make at home myself. I have since been again, and again just as nice.

This so far is the best 5 guys I've ever eaten at, burger was one of the best I've ever tried anywhere in the world, the chips delicious and the shake bang on cold and flavoursome. Customer service very good and the restaurant was constantly being cleaned. 10/10

I am here from the US and find the food not to be comparable to the 5 guys in the US at all. The quality of the meat in the burgers is terrible, the burgers are just warm and not hot. The French fries are very low quality. The price is way too high. The fountain beverages are too expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. 5 guys needs to check the quality of their restaurants in UK more closely. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I wish I could give it no stars.

I?ve been to Five Guys in Solihull on many occasions and the service and food is always great, and recently I experienced a small issue with a meal which was greatly resolved by Chiara who was very friendly, attentive and helpful.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich, grilled cheese and fries.

The only thing that stands out positively is the quality of the chips. However, the burger is not worth its price, and the overall service is severely lacking.

Expensive but I was hungry and wanted beef. Nothing special with these guys just a brand name. I just have beef addiction so had to visit although not my first choice. No one wants to spend 20-25 for takeaway on one person.
