Terrible, terrible advice. Spend £170 for over priced paint and primer that doesnt work. Currently sanding all the cracked paint off which is 75% of it. In the areas that is fine it scraps off with a finger nail. Followed all the advice and did everything to the letter. Awful awful awful

The customer service we received here was absolutely outstanding. The lady who helped us (the manager I think) was extremely knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to talk to, she really helped us to make an informed decision about which colours would be best for the kitchen to complement the floor and surfaces. We have a lot of earthy colours and she helped us get the right white to brighten the room but without being in stark contrast to the rest of the room.Absolutely perfect, thank you!
