Carl Fitzgerald, the Infrastructure Manager from Solihull is very rude and acts as if he is better than anyone else. Unfortunately, I found the interview experience to be unprofessional. Mr. Fitzgerald questioned the legitimacy of my certifications and made remarks such as, "How did you obtain this certificate? Even I don?t have it." He then proceeded to scrutinise my certifications and questioned why one was not listed on my LinkedIn profile, even though it was present on my CV.
Mr. Fitzgerald also mentioned that he doesn?t normally ask technical questions during phone screenings but would do so in my case "out of curiosity about my CV." He asked technical questions such as the difference between a proxy and a static firewall, as well as how to protect a LAN. While I appreciated the opportunity to discuss technical matters, his phrasing ? "I don?t expect you to know, I just want to see what they?ve been teaching you in those certificates" ? came across as condescending.
I don?t gain anything from this, I just want to make future candidates aware. Be careful when applying for this company, the job market is hard and this company will humiliate and ghost you.

You can't take a 9 hour break there!! But I was very well looked after, as soon as I arrived they gave me a dock to dock at!
