I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 at Ernest Jones, all thanks to Raj and her incredible team. Raj was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She guided me expertly through the options available, ensuring I found the perfect watch for my birthday. My partner bought my engagement ring from Ernest Jones and we visited the store in Solihull Touchwood as I needed to get the size swapped. The two ladies who looked after us were called Caroline and Debbie and they were amazing! Honestly they were two of the nicest people and both of their customer service skills were brilliant! They made the whole experience so lovely and they went above and beyond for me to get my new ring quicker than expected. Thank you so much Caroline and Debbie!

Thank you to wonderful sales assistant that served us yesterday. I forgot her name, but she gave us 200% service and was very helpful we got exactly what we were looking for, a white gold chain to match my pendant. I will definitely go back for any jewellery I need. Thank you

This morning I bought a Christmas present for my wife, Amina and Debbie could not have been more helpful. I told them I was useless at wrapping etc and they packaged my gift in a classy box complete with tissue paper and a gift bag. Both ladies deserve full credit from their employer, a lovely experience, well done

I love this shop, I have been coming to Ernest Jones Solihull for a long time and am always treated well and as though I?m a valued customer. Amina is always a great help and serves/assist me anytime she is there. I purchased this watch today and she was a great help. I?ll come back here in future for sure!

I don?t usually leave reviews but I was served by a wonderful assistant today named Ameena. She was very Knowledgeable and helped me to choose my best friends 30th birthday present- who by the way loved her necklace. Amena was very welcoming and made feel at ease. She showed me a variety of options from watches to necklaces. She didn?t rush like other shops do. She took her time with me and allowed me to be comfortable. Her customer service was 11/10. Amazing staff. I will most definitely be returning xxx

I just had to come on and give a review because every time I come into this store I walk out with a big smile on my face. Debbie is an amazing lady, and her girls just shine as bright as her, I visited this store after going to other jewellers (which were terrible) and I have only been back here since as I always receive outstanding service, this even when I don?t purchase anything too! I am always made to feel so special and I would advise everyone to go to this store, you won?t be disappointed. Thank you to Debbie and the team for always giving me 5 star service ??????????

I had a worst experience with Amina, she was the manager of store I guess, me and my fiancé went for ring shopping and it was our first time visiting, AMINA was so rude to us we felt maybe because of skin Color she didn?t even showed us any rings and was talking to us very rude.. we left from there and went to Ernest jones in Birmingham Town and the staff there were so helpful and respectful towards us and we both then bought two rings from there. If want to have a good experience please visit Birmingham town not this shop because of disrespectful staff , Amina sort of made her mind that we can?t buy the rings it was clearly on her face. Won?t recommend at all.

Visited today to purchase 2 rado watches, met a lovely lady AMINA who provided me and my wife with exceptional service, we were made to feel special and welcomed and we could have sat all day interacting with her. Such a kind friendly soul, who had amazing knowledge about the watches, we only came to look today but ended up buying as her service was 5*. Will return to this store for any future purchases as we loved the service provided, best in the centre compared to all the other jewellers we visited.
