Click and collect order for 'ready after two hours', not ready after 24 hours. Staff with not a clue asking me to wait around the city, Staff not knowing how to read thier own internal system, asking 'what does in progress mean'. Just a joke of a place with poorly trained staff. I was promised a phone call to address the above, still to no avail at closing time.

I'm writing this review for my mother. She said the customer service was terrible from two nasty women working on the curtain department. What kind of people are Dunelm employing? Will not be shopping there again. She will be taking her business elsewhere.

Picked up a click and collect, only had 1/3 of my order. Then I tried to call about it and nobody picked up the phone for 10 minutes straight. Wasting my money and time.
