Absolutely poor service! Walked around showroom for 20mins. Over 7/8 staff all sitting at desks and watching but nobody bothered to come over to assist. Maybe because it was close to closing time. anyway, I went to Bensons and they got my business

Reasonable price when compared to competitor and really pleased with the service and how quickly the new bed can be delivered. Rosie was excellent in outlining all my options and when I phoned later to confirm I would like to order, she even came back from her break (which she had only just started) to process my order and go through the delivery process.

We needed a new mattress for our bed, we paid a visit to Dreams in Marshall Lake Sears Retail Park, Solihull, the store has a fantastic selection of beds and associated items, we very quickly decided on what mattress suited us, we were guided by Natalie, she was fantastic, there is a very clever device to help you decide what's best for you, we were offered various payment methods and were never put under pressure, the whole experience was very good and we can recommend Dreams if you're in the market for a new bed or mattress I should add that the price was very reasonable for a quality product
