In my experience the best gym in the West Midlands without doubt. Staff can’t do enough for you. Equipment is second to none. Ahmed is always on hand to deal with any issues Iv had. Top bloke!!

For an overpriced membership you expect to be able to book onto classes and have decent customer service, of which David Lloyd have neither. You can’t book onto the classes you want, at the times you want because they are so busy. They refuse to provide more classes at busy times. You can’t get through to anyone in... read full comment
