Disappointing customer service on 23/8/25. Plenty of staff circulating the store, none offered assistance. Asked for a product I had found online to be told it wasn't in store. No further suggestions. Finding an alternative myself I had to speak to 3 staff to get the product unlocked and then it was a member of staff I had already spoken to. It is understandable why the internet is being used so prolifically with such poor service.

I found the staff very helpful and pleasant! We bought a fridge freezer that would not fit through our front door, but they went out of their way to suggest and arrange for the fridge doors to be removed. Although a little pricey, as the fridge freezer was already quite expensive, it was worth paying for. Najma was particularly helpful and gave us a discount on the insurance. Very happy!

I just wanted to say thank you for the 10/10 customer service from Shirley retail park Team! ?? we were greeted with smile and warm welcome. One of the team member Kassim helped us with our new appliances for our new flat. His customer service was/is top notch.

Having visited Currys Solihull I can understand why more people
Are using Amazon and online shops - the service was awful - we approached a staff member who was standing looking at us as we wanted to
Purchase something - she said she couldn?t help
But would send someone - no one came and she carried on standing there - we grabbed someone that walked past and told him what we wanted he said oh that ones out the back what about this one - we said we wanted the one. We had pointed out - he then stopped another staff member who was serving someone and said can you get one of these in black - he came back 12 minutes later and said follow me to the till - when we got to the till I asked if I could check if it?s the right one - it was in a plain box when we opened it it said it was a white one - we then said we wanted a black one and the guy said you can have this one or you will have to order one - we said the other guy said you had black ones - he again said I?ll have to order - and come back in 3 days - at this we left - horrendous !!!!
On way home we saw that Argos were selling them - called in 10 minutes at most in and out !!

They did not accept my return or exchange even though my item was eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days i do not recommend this currys i will not be going here again staff are also slow with customer service and manager didnt even bother considering my return useless manager. Not happy at all ?

Huge thanks to Shabir and his manager for helping and arranging for me get the appliances i needed same day from a different store when they didn?t have them in stock. Went out of his way and explained and showed the products perfectly. Would highly recommend asking for him to assist you.

DO NOT BOTHER. They're useless, customer service is a joke. The staff that I had the misfortune to deal were smarmy, rude and very unhelpful. I won't go into details, as I have better things to do than ramble on. But, people, amazon is the answer, and cheaper, and you don't have to deal with staff that get a kick out of your pain. The bad reviews are predominantly related to bad customer service. This review is for the currys on Sears Retail Park, Shirley. None of the reviews are replied to by currys, think that reinforces the bad, awful, non existent customer service.
