Been a while, last time they wanted proof that you had your Covid Jab or they wouldn't serve me. Funny that they don't ask that question now. Love the little town.

Visited 11 June 2024, morning, served by mixed race lady (I?m non white so no racial bias- only for ease of description intent here for management to give her some training etc), there was no one else queuing,she was engaged with a convo to staff, my service seems to have disrupted this and was inconvenient for her to make my hot drink which was served warm,I only noticed after my fist sip onto my car journey a minute later, I always sip away at a 140 degree costa standard for at least 20 minutes enjoying the hot drink etc

No brown bread lady serving very stressed not very happy at all .working on own serving making coffee while a queue. U need more staff so the staff u have are not stressed and smile more very disappointed

I was invited to attend an interview to be held at Costa in knowle. I was so nervous waiting. There was a lovely kind young lady who was cleaning the tables and kindly brought myself and my interviewer a glass of water and wished me good luck. Her warm welcoming kindness extended to me really helped. I am pleased to say my interview was successful and was offered the job. I will be working a few doors away from Costa but I will be going in there regularly thanks to that lovely lady being so kind to me that day. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!!!

The food and drinks were the usual Costa quality, however the service provided by the staff was poor. One drink was left off of the order and the implication was that it was my fault. The coffee was pushed into the takeout tray with no comment and when I thanked the staff member concerned her response was to smirk. She had no concept of customer service. I have previously given this branch good reviews, but this particular team are not an asset to the company.

Had a phone interview for a job , I missed the call but I called back within 1 minute after and I?ve never had a text or a call back to take the interview, I?ve been completely ignored , rude , maybe it?s a sign that it wouldn?t have been a nice place to work

Have to agree with the sentiment of others that the staff attitude needs improving!Costa need to rehire some new staff, attitude, passive aggression and hostility are not the attributes for the hospitality sector

I would give a 0 for awful customer service. A group of friends and I were served by a rude server called Aime in knowle costa who after I purchased a drink, proceeded to kick us out of the shop even though, it was not due to close and was not busy at all inside. We were not being disruptive or causing harm in anyway. This is the first time I've had a negative experience in costa. Do better and sort out your staff.

My experience was 1/5. They overcharged my friend. They gave us both the wrong drink and then stated that we asked for them in the first place. Then when we called them out on it they said ?It?s what we asked for to begin with?, didn?t offer us a refund or anything similar. It?s fine for a place to make a mistake, however blaming the customers for the mistake was out of order. We spoke to the manager (Aime) and she told us that it?s our fault for ordering ?the wrong drink?.
