I've asked the staff at the till before paying if my free hot drink reward will take the coffee off and not the 70p babycino and the lady said yes, but after scanning the coffee was not reduced. They didn't bother to refund the coffee and just blamed the till does it automatically. Hello ladies I asked before scanning? Not using this particular costa again..

Went in for tea and toast. Forgot my toast order so brought the toast over later and it was raw, I asked if it could be toasted more and polite gent did so. Got it back toasted one side but still raw the other. Went to counter, tried to get barristers attention to which she said she was busy and commenced screaming (like balling) for a colleague. Polite gent came over and saw toast was raw and said he would get me another. This one came, raw again. I went to the counter to return it and screaming girl again too busy and just ranted in front of me. Not her fault, they just stick it in the machine (ever tried turning the bread over mid way?) she continued to rant and then finally realised her customer service skills and served me politely and gave me a refund. If you want to know which barrister, one of her rants is she wasn?t meant to be in that day. Really poor Costa, expected better.

Visited today for a Carmel frapp and dion (think that?s her name) was a delight. Watching her serve the customers whilst I waited for my drink put a smile on my face

Vegan options on the drinks but no food options apart from cakes which are lovely but very expensive for what you get.Wheelchair accessibility: Not the greatest amount of room but we managed to squeeze in.
