Me and my girls are regulars here. Good wifi, aircon, spacious. Amazing staff! You know what you're getting coffee and cake wise. Free babychinos are a winner.

Hi,
Service was poor, staff were not helpful or greeted like others I used. Had a promotion for two drinks for £6.00 and got charged 45p extra for no reason. Sandwiches are expensive and not even appetising. Shop was nearly empty but I can see why. Salted caramel frappe was bland and just like milk.
I have tried this Costs twice now with the same result.
Better to go to Dorridge train station cafe more sociable and quality food.

Service was very pleasant, but coffee wasn't the best. Was tempted with a sweet treat, a little on the expensive side.
Family friendly and spacious.
Will try a stronger coffee next time.

The Dorritch Costa is located near to Sainsbury's and the supermarket car park is the most convenient one to use if combining a shopping trip with a coffee break. The coffee when I visited was good, although I find Costa's use of very heavy cups to be a less attractive aspect of the service. As far as the service from the members of staff, it was both friendly and efficient. The ambience, especially the lighting is a little dim. Personally I don't mind this but I know some prefer a lighter environment.

Everyone who works at the Dorridge branch are so friendly and helpful, in particular Katie, Louise, Paulina & Chloe! You never have to wait long for drinks and they are always friendly when serving you. Great atmosphere and clean and tidy.

I've been very disappointed with this location a few times because they lack the range of vegan items that they should have. Even the best locations need to do better but the Dorridge Costa is woefully lacking in vegan sandwiches and other items. Also, the cafe is a bit too bright and open... Not enough quiet corners to relax.

I go every day, find staff friendly, clean seating, consistently good americano with hot ultimate blend milk.Parking: Only 5mins in front of cafe but loads free 2hr round the corner or 50yds away at Sainsbury's
