Called 11am Saturday and got booked in couple hours later at 1:30pm. Travelled from Bordesley Green based on reviews and repair while you wait service. Overheating Ps4 pro issue. Dropped it off and was told, it would be done in around 40 minutes. Popped over to local shops and came back to collect and was ready with a receipt for the work done.
Top guy, respectful and very professional.
Highly recommend, as very competitive pricing too.

Priced reasonably but still quite expensive but can be expected considering the knowledge required to repair, other stores are charging £20 to inspect and anywhere between £90-£120 and will get back to you within a few days whereas with this place there is a given appointed time, roughly 30 minute weight max, as I believe had finished the repair earlier I just came back in a later time to leave ample time, straight forward got to the issue knowledgeable, and a top bloke.

Called the guy this morning, he fit me in for an appointment the same day, and fixed my HDMI port in precisely 30 mins! He was also £10 cheaper than anywhere else I'd received quotes from. My PS5 works perfectly fine now!

So I accidentally broke my PS5 Pro?s HDMI port and my heart was broken because I love that thing, so I hop on Google and come across this site. At 9am I gave them a call, got booked in for 1pm. I dropped my console off and sat under a tree in a nearby park reading a book in the sun. At 2 my console was ready for collection. I had a lovely chat with the repair man, top bloke. By 2:30pm I was home playing my favourite game again and I couldn?t be happier. My day was made and the price was great too. I highly recommend ??

What a top bloke, rang him at 11am with a HDMI issue on a PS5, he gave me a time slot at 1430. I arrived early, told me to come back at 3pm to collect. Very pleasant man, Console working, very pleased nephew. Thanks again, will pass your number onto others.

Came to see Trev without an appointment a couple weeks ago and he still managed to fit me in and fix my issue in less than half an hour. PS5 has been running smooth ever since, good to be able to game on it again without the overheating problem. 10/10, would recommend!! Top bloke!
