The staff today was very unpleasant, did not engage with customer, was not helpful with talking to customer about product they wanted. The man was also unwashed with very greasy hair and looked untidy. Asked if he was ok, and he replied "I'm relaxed, I'm relaxing ", end of conversation. Will definitely not be shopping at hob moat coop again. The staff at the post office are just the same but also very rude. Terrible place.

Be careful of taking your vinted parcels here. The member of staff Julie processed my package for yodel. Instead of giving me a receipt for my parcel, she tells me receipts are not available. I have been to many Yodel stores, and they all provide receipts! When I proceed to question why there is no receipt, she provides me with a tracking number on her machine and tells me to take a picture of it. I wanted a physical or email receipt and continued to question why I was not given one. Julie then tells me she has bypassed the receipt! Bypassed the receipt?! - an important part of the whole transaction. She did not ask me for my email to send me an email copy either! What is even worse, is that the tracking number won?t without the postcode which appears on the receipt- so it?s actually useless. I wouldn?t be surprised if there are a lot of ?missing? parcels from this store! I will be asking for this to be investigated further!

Incompetent, don?t have half of what they claim to have in stock. instead of cancelling a £60 plus order you went ahead to send me a chocolate bar and a carton of milk and i paid extra for direct delivery. Do you think i need to pay extra for a chocolate bar? I thought ok maybe you think i need it so bad so i tried to call only to get ?the number you dialled is not recognised? i thought you were a legit business but ur as bad as a bob shop. Would neverrrrrr shop with u again and will be taking it up with uber because thats just ridiculous.

Love the staff in lyndon road co op Lisa has especially been lovely and helpful always with a smile on her face and fully knowledgeable about the stock and deliveries, good selection of food and drinks, thanks all at co op been shopping here for over 28 years ?

There's a restaurant in the centre of Birmingham called Karen's Diner. Its USP is that you get deliberate bad service, rudeness and attitude from the staff. If you go there you know what to expect and enjoy the novelty of it all.I think Karen's might have branched out into supermarkets, with this branch of Co-op being one of the first. Unfortunately they don't seem to have let their customers in on the joke. So if you ever do need an emergency pint of milk or bottle of Pinot and decide to pop into this store, just be aware that the unfriendliness and rudeness HAS to be part of a deliberate, confected strategy.If you'd prefer a friendlier shopping experience, I recommend the self-checkouts.

Pleasant shop and staff. Useful little shop when you're on the move which stock almost everything I've needed. Baby section could do with better stock control.

I like this little shop as it's clean, local and can have some good bargains. Fresh bread and bakery can be a treat. Hardy for parcel drop off and pick ups too.
Some of the staff need to crack a smile or have a bit of training regards being a little more welcoming when working 'with' the public. But on the whole a great little shop for emergencies ?

Terrible customer service outrageous prices 3 pound for a little wrap just stupid. Some of the staff have zero percent manners and 100 percent rudeness. They take forever to restock one shelf and we are not in lockdown anymore
