I casually dropped in because it was next to me as I was walking down the street. I didn't really need shoes but I always want shoes because I'm a woman. I had a look around but wasn't too sure until Ewan came up and assisted me. He gave me the shoes I was looking at (like both of the shoes, not just the one) and it turned out I loved them! It's been like 4 weeks and I've worn these shoes a lot and I still love them so thank you Ewan. If it wasn't for him I would've just left and these lovely shoes would not belong to me... Close one there! #shoelove

Very bad customer service,we were served by one person ,we try the shoes ,then another person ask to tried shoes again .one person said we can have three month garranttee for swap shoes if get damaged in three month,but another person came said to us that we can not get garranttee. Feel being mess about.

I was served by Ewan B yesterday who is an absolute credit to your store. He was so sincere and helped me find the right shoes for me. His customer service was second to none. So much so that this is the first review I've ever done and I'm in my 50s. Was nice meeting you Ewan.
