Staff doing their best ? But cleaning the outside tables and chairs needs to move up the priority list. Some real nasty table tops that blue roll is not going to fix. Buy them a steam cleaner and some cloths ?

Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Despite being busy, you remained calm, engaging & banterful, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the store. It was evident that no request was too big when I saw you going out of your way to ensure other customers? extra requests/issues were tended to with great care, whilst keeping business flowing. Your abilities to multitask so effectively were impressive, and I appreciate how you didn?t treat me any less due to using Nectar vouchers & not being traditional ?cash paying? customers ? which unfortunately can and does happen. You also put my mind at ease when I wasn?t sure you?d prepared my drink as decaf ? not just saying ?yes, it is? but confirming my whole drink preferences to reassure me you knew exactly what you were preparing. This goes a long way, and I will absolutely be back. I?ll remember you both in my prayers & ask that Allah/God rewards you for your kindness & humbleness :)

Had a really accommodating time at Nero a few days ago. Zeb was really quick and friendly. My friend was having a really bad day and she left cafe Nero with a massive smile. I don't tend to leave reviews but I even went back to ask zeb for his name so I could big him up on here. Give that man a raise :)

The place is very understaffed compared to the one in mell Square which has staff and is much better around in terms of management. The Stafford terrible here very rude I said I?m gonna sit down because I?ve got various issues with my legs so I can?t be standing too much and he was giving me a dirty look about it I normally the manager who is normally out and with their members of staff generally says that?s fine. We?ll bring it over for you. They were gossiping to each other about something. They?re not happy that I have to sit down and bring it over to me or something on those lines and that?s what you would normally expect in hospitality, and in most places as well normally they have cups/glasses so they?ll fill it with ice for you. I asked for it and they said we don?t do that. However I normally go to the other store and they?re always asking. Would you like a glass and would you like ice with that. Just really rude, ill mannered customer service very poor compared to the other store. the two guys that were working there today were rude and abrupt just threw the food down on the table. It looked like it was being attacked by the dog the way they served it

The pistachio iced latte (with a biscuit snack) were a delicious treat. Good atmosphere and plenty of space to relax and chat with friends.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's a spacious cafe on a pedestrian designed route (I remember when it was a road and I used to park along the kerb side) so no steps or stairs at the entrance or inside.
