Absolutely amazing customer service by staff. The manager Cos is soo lovely and friendly. A genuinely warm and caring person with excellent people skills. Werner makes the best lattes and is so pleasant and welcoming every time I visit making it a pleasure to go to cafe Nero in the morning which starts my day in a happy way. He is an asset to the business. Shem makes amazing hot chocolate and is also soo friendly and cheerful. He even made my drink before I entered so it was ready for me when I came in. They?re all so friendly and can have a great conversation with. They remember what drinks I usually have and to specifications to the T. The place is clean and cosy and toilets are always very clean. I don?t go to any other coffee shop or even another Cafe Nero branch in Solihull centre because these guys are the best. Thank you so much guys ?????????????????????????

The lady who preceded to serve me, was just finishing putting rubbish in the bin, and came to myself as I was next in thd queue.
She hadn't washed her hands, so I politely asked if she could before she served me, only then to be ignored until I got served by her colleague.
I didn't feel very valued, at that point but I brought my drink all the same, as the young gentleman who then went on to serve was polite.
I am concerned it wasn't common practice to wash hands after being in contact with rubbish ...If I had not seen this , this could of implicated my health , and least of all cross contamination

Love this place. Staff are amazing. All friendly and polite. Coffee is the best coffee ever. Beats all the other coffee chains hands down.

Popped in for a coffee with my daughter. I tried a new coffee which was excellent. We shared a slice of pistachio cake which was nice

This was the worst coffee shop experience I have ever had. The staff were rude and ungracious with a limited understanding of social manners and an astronomical level of self importance. You would think we had just walked into their living room and demanded coffee and cake whilst changing the channel on the TV and putting our feet up on the coffee table. Personally I will be avoiding this brand of coffee from now on.

Very busy with only 2 members of staff on and as usual the deliveroo order's take priority. Tables not cleaned from previous customers, furniture needs replacing and the toilets were disgusting smelly and no toilet paper. I think you need more staff and sort out the unit regarding furniture and cleanliness. This is at your Nero Solihull
