Another day of this pharmacy ignoring their phone!! Boots Pharmacy has an unacceptable system where you must call to book a delivery slot for your medication, yet they never answer the phone. I have tried at various times and on different days, but it?s always the same ..... no answer, no support, and no alternative options offered.
This causes huge amounts of stress, especially for people who are vulnerable, unwell, elderly, or disabled. Being unable to access vital medication because of poor communication is not just frustrating, it?s dangerous.
Surely this breaks their duty of care to patients. Pharmacists and pharmacy services have a responsibility to ensure people can access their prescriptions in a timely, safe, and reliable way. Boots is a large and well established company, but this level of neglect suggests they are putting profit before patient welfare.
There?s also no clear route to complain, and even if there was, I have no confidence that anything would improve. Patients deserve better than this. After reading other reviews stating the same issue I have experienced for weeks now, I am going to look into how I can make a formal complaint with the general pharmaceutical council.

Awful service.. Always a nightmare to get through to pharmacy.. no one picks up phone so you can arrange delivery.. tried other options to speak to someone other than a robot with no success, tried to ring store directly with no success.. about to run out of meds, with no way to arrange delivery, situation is so so stressful.. Shame on you 'Boots'.
So many complaints here over time.. but it seems there's been little improvement, if any at all .. Seems 'Boots' couldn't care less :(

Small quiet store for a Saturday afternoon, I was able to be dropped off quite close, but parking can be problematic, there is nearby parking. I didn?t encounter any staff in the short time I was in there.

Staff are racist and horrible. They will treat you according to how you look and how well dressed you are. I've had fantastic treatment with some members of staff and have been racially profiled and nearly abused by others depending on who's on shift and what I decided to wear on that day. The manager is useless, delusional and would back wrongdoing against all logic and NHS ethics. I am ? sure that their disgusting attitude does not represent the high values of Boots nor do they represent the honourable profession of Pharmacists anywhere. The actual pharmacists on shift (NH and another with glasses) are actually fantastic.

I went last week to get my foundation/ tinted serum match and also other product recommendations and Simone was absolutely lovely and so helpful! Came out with a bag of products and couldn't be more happier! :)

I had to try really hard to get my UNOPENED multivitamins returned despite the boots official website clearly mentions this policy:"Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which HAVE BEEN OPENED cannot be refunded or exchanged."Immature behaviour from the young lady serving at tills.I kept being told:- We don't return this- We won't return this next time- Why didn't you go to the store you bought from instead of coming here?- We will refund cost of only 1 out of the 2............Thanks to the Asian lady who knew what the policy was exactly and hence managed to get my money back fortunately.

At the pharmacist one member of staff is so abrupt I'm going to move my preferred choice to Boots @ Shirley. These people work as a team and are always pleasent.
