I would like to congratulate Caroline at Boots, Solihull for her wonderful service. I have visited Caroline a few times now on the Lancôme counter. She is always so helpful, giving hints & tips on all their products and taking time to demonstrate when & how to best apply in such a friendly manner. It?s a pleasure shopping at Lancôme. Would highly recommend ?

Massive thank you to Niccy from the No.7 counter. She went through a step by step make-up routine with me so I could feel confident applying it myself for a friend's wedding. My husband and I had our flu jabs last week and our COVID boosters today. Each visit has been excellent, the two pharmacists were brilliant friendly, professional and put me at ease as I am someone that hates injections. Great service, thank you.

Shocking went up to 2 staff chatting and put products on till and told me I have to use self serve. Zero customer service and experience. Personal service completely gone. Could of served me no problem but said no.

Miserable and unhelpful staff, needs to be addressed. Came in to buy Hermes perfume and asked a female member of staff who said they didn?t have it, which was no problem, however this is where the customer service should?ve kicked in. Despite this I was offered no alternative or recommendations on how I could be accommodated. When I did purchase a perfume, which wasn?t cheap, I wasn?t even offered a bag. Please train your older miserable staff members better !

I saw £40 toothbrush (reduced!) advertised on website @ store in Mell Square. I popped in when in town but sadly it was £45 in store! When I asked why,? the assistant said Boots have 2prices!! £40 was ?click & collect? & £45 for a shopper. As a ?very senior elderly? person I feel discriminated against for not being knowledgable of rules?

Anazing Sales Assistants (Thank you), Everything I needed was easy to find and thought the Sales Assistant was trying her best to sell me my favourite perfume, Miss Dior), Sadly I Sam unemployed right now so I couldnt afford to purchase it but 10/10 to the sales Assistant. They were so kind to me I felt like Royalty! *****Five Star all the way!
