it is a lovely shop the staff are very helpful and friendly if it not on the shop floor they check the stock room make you feel good and the clothes are good quality for a fair price

Went into Solihull store today to return a pair of linen trousers as they were too small. Looked for a bigger size but oh dear the trousers were just jumbled into any size, no order whatsover. Their briefs were not in size order either. I'll not shop there again. Northfield so much better.
