A great little running shop with knowledgeable staff and a good selection of running shoes, I much prefer it to Up n Running in the city centre.

We drove 20 miles to visit this shop specifically to purchase running shoes. I knew we were in trouble when the man who worked in the shop was lent over work space on phone!!! I asked about a make of shoe I was interested in and was told that they might get stock next month, he offered no alternative or further help. The staff member was completely uninterested and an utter waste of time. This shop clearly doesn?t need to make any money.

The staff and friendly and knowledgeable. They offer gait assessments which is extremely helpful if you are just starting to run. The onsite parking makes visiting fairly convenient. The price I paid for my shoes was the same price other shops were advertising online. Overall Im very happy with my experiences here and will be back in the future.

Really helpful young girl working in the store. Helped fit me and my friend for running shoes, we have no experience with fittings and no knowledge of what we really needed and she was amazing at finding us both the perfect pair of trainers. Couldn?t recommend enough! Great selection of shoes and amazing service!

Popped into the shop to purchase my first pair of proper running trainers and have a gait analysis. A lovely warmwelcome when you walk through the door and great customer service. I was able to try on a couple of pair of trainers to see what fitted best and also came away with a new windproof jacket and socks! It seems a privilege in todays climate to actually visit a real shop, try things before you buy and most importantly support a local independent business. Highly recommend and will definitely shop there again.

Visited the store in September for a gait analysis and to purchase new running shoes and the lady was helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend anyone to visit this store for purchasing shoes or sportswear.

First visit to this store. Needed running shoes - had gait analysis and tried several suitable shoes. Assistant was very attentive and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my purchase. Will definitely visit again as you don't get the same personal touch in other sports shops.

Went their the other week , because I was recmmended by my daughters coach from Solihul Athetics Club the assistant in the shop where very helful ,plus they where on sale and I was able to get 2 sets of spikes plus a few more bits both parties where happy.
