The best shop for occult supplies anywhere. You can get almost any oil, incense, herb or candle you could ever need here. Excellent for some harder to find religious items and the only place I know that sells real goat skin parchment on the high street. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Awful customer service. The assistant was on his phone constantly and ignored me when I came to pay. He also commented when I laughed about a bath wash that said you could also use on floors, saying he doesn't find it funny.Went into this shop today and bought some oils and tried to return them after a few hours of shopping in Birmingham. The assistant was very rude and said they don't do refunds or exchanges and pointed to a tiny sign hand written on the counter.
I asked for the managers details and had to call a company in Brixton where I was told to call back on Monday.
Avoid this place if you want the security of getting a refund or exchange.

This cute little shop has an array of stock for everyone! From candles and incense to a whole spread of crystals. It's reasonably priced and the staff are so welcoming and friendly and super helpful. I visit this place at least 2/3 times a week and will continue to do so, it's perfect and if they don't have what you're looking for, the staff are more than happy to help you.

Fantastic shop in the center of Birmingham selling all kinds of things from josh burners, candles, dream catchers, crystals ?, and a lot of stuff that I have no idea is. Very friendly and helpful owner/staff. Will visit again

I used to shop online using their site, making regular purchases. Decided to visit in person, big mistake. The male serving was not welcoming. When asked for help to find a gift he was cold and hardly helpful. I?m glad he saved me wasting anymore money here. There was a young lady in the store at the same time as us. He was more interested in flirting with her. You lost future sales and I will recommend Zen in Birmingham as they?re always warm welcome and friendly.

This is an excellent independent shop, they sell unusual and interesting products and are very fairly priced. The candle range is amazing.
