Zero Stars, called in few times on different days and left my contact number on every call, had been told from receptionist will be called back in 5 minutes never been called back, waste of time they don?t want to know customers over the phone, you get treated like VIP in the showroom, and a for a phone service they treat you like a joke, I believe if I leave a complain the complaint will be ignored like my call.

Joshua Kinson (Sales Executive)This is the third car that I have purchased through Birmingham Audi. My original order was completed by a former employee at Birmingham Audi.Joshua Kinson then became my sales executive.I received a good service from my previous two sales executive, however, Josh?s service went above and beyond my expectations and previous experience. We agreed on a mutual date and time where we able to go through the majority of the financial,, legal and policy paperwork and signatures before collecting my car 4 days later. When I then only had the handover documents to complete.I was, and I am grateful, that Joshua completed the sales in two halves, which enabled me to process the procedure with a clearer mind and ask all the questions I needed to.Joshua has been very patient and helpful with me and had my car all set up for and talked me through some of the many features in the Audi Q5 hatchback.I am really pleased with my choice and I very pleased with the service that I received from Joshua and how he conducted himself. Nothing appeared too much trouble and what he wasn?t sure about he sort clarification/confirmation.I am aware that there are targets to be met and exceed where possible however, at no point did Joshua put me through any undue pressure during the process of me purchasing my lovely Audi Q5 Hatchback.In conclusion, I have encountered a very positive customer journey /experienceRegardsPaulette Gonsalves.

I visited Birmingham Audi because they had a car in a colour that I had not seen anywhere else. As I was travelling from the south of England Tony Facer kindly sent me a personal video of the car the night before I travelled up. On seeing the car I loved the colour but was disappointed with the spec (no head-up display, which I have had on my car for 9 years). Tony and Satty Tiwana spent some time with me and convinced me to go for a test drive to see if my concerns were justified. Despite their efforts I decided that the car was not for me. I have to say though, that the whole experience was fantastic, from the personal service to these guys' enthusiasm for their product and their genuine desire to do the best for their customers. While I did not eventually buy the car from them I would thoroughly recommend Birmingham Audi if you are looking at a great Audi centre.

I had an appointment booked with them for an oil change. I was there in time, offered to take a seat while I wait. Then people came and went, I was still sitting there. After almost an hour I decided to leave. Nobody called me since, they don't seem to care. This was the most unprofessional service experience. Complete waste of time.

Not a great experience. Called parts department yesterday to enquire about purchasing replacement number plates. Was advised okay to bring V5 and my Wife?s driving licence (as vehicle is in her name), also bought my licence just in case. Turned up today and was told they can?t help me as vehicle is in her name and she needs to be present. Misinformed and a wasted journey.
