“I wanted to book a manicure for my wife but knew nothing about the different types of treatments. I initially sent a message via Facebook and got an almost immediate response. I was then given some good advice and a contact phone number. I called and was made to feel at ease. Very clear pricing and advice. I was advised of the differences between gel and acrylic nails and I managed to book an appointment. We were sent appointment reminders a day before the appointment.My wife said the session was really good. She said she was there for nearly two hours and that she felt there was no feeling of being rushed and that the staff were all really friendly.My wife wears a hijab and, in the past, has had bad experiences with how she was spoken to (NOT at this place). It put her off getting manicures and even haircuts for a while but she was so happy she went here. Her technician (she thinks the name was Michelle or Maria?) was amazing but so were the others.
