I visited Barclays Bank in Solihull last week and spoke to Claire. Claire helped me with setting up online banking on new devices and with the options on savings accounts. Claire was really wonderful, she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, she is an asset to the bank. Thank you Claire.
