I brought paint from here as a click and collect order and the label was ripped of I got home and it was the wrong colour, I understood that a mistake has been made but as a 17 year old having to get all the way there twice to revcive and return paint, to then tell me they cannot swap it as it was an online order you can see the frustration, not to mention I asked there online help service prior asking if I could get it swapped and they said yes to then get denied in the store

Exceptional service. Needed a piece of MDF cut to a specific size. Was helped by Elijah who was so polite, and helpful. Gave good advice and suggestions. Thankyou Elijah ! Not sure it will get you a payrise but feel proud for being so helpful !!
