“I came into the store on Monday 7th October to have a birthday cake personalised. Didn't have a clue what I was doing and asked a member of staff for help.
Sophie came to assist me and I can't praise her enough. She was so helpful showing me all the different options. Then the machine crashed so she rebooted it and went to carry on with her other duties
After a few minutes she came back to me to check the machine was working again and once again took over and did my order for me.

Initially served by a young lady on the desk (very helpful and polite), we were then helped by a lady named Sarah. She was fantastic, sorted all our problems and lifted one of the weights off our mind at this difficult time. Very grateful.”

“Lovely clean rooms but the car parking was £8.50 for 24 hrs to park at lode multi storey carpark as the premier inn doesn't have their own car park. This hotel is round the corner from Wetherspoons and other pubs and take aways. Hotel has free WiFi but their bar / restaurant has a limited menu and limited amount of drinks available.”

“This petrol station is opposite the Sainsburys station but it is worth looking at this one because it is usually the same price and is not as busy as the Sainsburys.”
