Click and collect always has staff members parking in the bays for collection. Food is never put into the lockers for the designated time. Every week you are left standing around waiting for staff to bring it out to you.

Poor service, basically not enough staff. Poorly stocked shelves due to the lack of staff. Go online and alway something missing. Go to morrisons instead much better service in store and on line.

Sort out your parking for click and collect, always the same cars parking there all day virtually every day. Have been told numerous times that they belong to staff. Why do they park there as click and collect customers end up having to park a long distance away.

Staff always parking all day at the clock and collect bays. Virtually everyone we've been there to collect the grocery click and collect, it's the same cars there.

Not good when they're abusing the bays and you need to walk a long distance to and from the lockers.

Sort the security staff out please. My Autistic Grandson is a regular, early visitor to your store. He's tall & walks around with ear defenders on, you can't miss him. He gets watched a lot which makes him uncomfortable. I'm on bed rest so today he was shopping for me. As he was in between both double doors nearly outside, a security man asked to see his receipt. He replied can you hear that? Securityman said "No". My grandson basically told him to go away as no buzzer had gone off. So lucky he was in a good mood or he would have kicked off. If there's no buzzer there's no crime so stop trying to act the big un!!!

So you know when you don't feel good and you want to get in and out and you find massive queues at every pay point. Then an item that is shown as £30 registers £50 so the cashier rings for help which takes an age to come and off he trots only to take an age to return. In the meantime the poor cashier is getting anxious because her queue is now down the aisle. The person who went to check the item whispered to cashier it had been put in wrong place on shelf. Not a word or apology to me. Once I cleared checkout I noticed on my receipt I had been charged twice for something. Only to be told by a helper I had to join the long queue at customer service for a refund. When I tried to complain I was greeted with that dumb placid response and told it won't take long lovely. And she was happy to blame her overworked colleague on the till for the problem. Then to top it all when I got home the £2.50 bottle of kefir I bought had the seal broken and it looked short of its measure. So, I tried to phone customer service and guess what - there was no one available to take my call.

Click and collect is a joke, often stuff isn't put into the lockers at the correct time. Wait ages for someone to turn up, then your stuff is wheeled about. Presume they do this as it saves them putting into the lockers. Staff always park in the collect bays. Often there is no spare bays, so you need to park a good distance away instead of using the correct bays.

Sort the click and collect lockers out!!!!. There either breaking down or the shopping isn't in there in the time it's supposed to be. Trying to get hold of someone on the phone on the store number is a waste of time it just goes to a call centre then you end up going inside and waiting ages. The hole lot of them need ripping out and starting again and new people sorting the shopping out. One of the days I went to pick up my shopping and the lockers had froze with my shopping inside and no one could get shopping out. Complete waste of time

Today i went shopping at asda chelmsley wood when i came out to find my car had been stolen .I went back instore and asked the security guard to see if he could find anything on camera . I was asked if i was sure i knew where i had parked which i found rather offensive and thought would he of asked a man the same question. He took a look and then said that there was nothing he could do which i found rather unhelpful. This is a no star rating but bit wouldnt let me send it so i had to give one star.

After doing some shopping security told me I couldn't use disabled toilet as the door lock was broken, I was told to use the baby change instead. There are no hand rails or emergency chord and the toilet paper was hard to teach from seated.

Second time using their service via Just Eat. First time half of the order wasn't delivered and it took days for a refund. This time received a text 7 minutes before order was to be delivered to say it had been cancelled. Will never use this service again and strongly recommend you do not.
