Poor store, people were waiting to be served with trolleys full and no taff was on the till to serve. 3 members of staff were having a mothers meeting with 1 staff member with arm on her hip as if to say nothing to do. People waved at staff as if to ay open till but no acknowledgement from staff untill a woman said to them we want service and the staff said were shot staffed. Absolutely pathetic store. Last time for me and others at that store

Prices on the shelves don?t match with what they charging when you get them scanned,usually products on offer like 2 box o ice cream for 4£ and they actually charge you 5£ .
Beter use Sainsbury?s or tesco

Sharon, the department manager, provided poor customer service. At the customer service desk, she failed to assist me effectively, displayed a dismissive attitude, and neglected to address my concerns. As a manager, her behavior was especially disappointing and reflected poorly on the company?s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Just popped in with my mom to grab some bits and bobs for the house . Then as we were leaving the security guard accused me of stealing ? Seriously why do people accuse without any reason. I was in and out and i make enough money to even think of stealing in a shop like asda . This needs to be dealt with

Open at good times to be able to do a quiet shop, was well stocked even though later in the evening. Only issue was that some products were on a high shelf and unreachable. We had to pull someone away from their job to get steps for access.

The staff were increadibly rude and massive line with no options for lunch and paying £3 each for a coffee and got half a cup

Ordered online delivery. Find it very hard to believe the store contained no fresh fruit or bread but according to my order they didn't.

Massive queue at the self-service basket checkouts so took my single item to the section with extra space for trolleys which was empty. The woman in charge wouldn't let me buy it - she said they were reserved for people who were spending more money. Now I know what discrimination feels like. Shame on you ASDA!

My mom asked me to leave a review on her behalf, She just went to asda at Shirley -Birmingham to buy a birthday cake at the design your own on the machine and she didnt know how to use it, a lovely gentleman that works there hes name was Alex came to help her and sorted it all out for her and nothing was to much trouble for him so polite and helpful. Thank you Alex for your help!! X

I walked in yesterday (Friday afternoon) and had the worst experience as myself and my partner went to use the pizza bar (create your own pizzas) and the lady who served us over the counter was incredibly rude - I asked her to order a pizza and she sighed and started talking under her breath which I thought was really rude - usually we have had great experiences here from another lady who's always been lovely and kind however today was a complete turn around.

Well done to Adam, the very helpful security guard, who popped to the cafe straight after my phone call to Asda, to retrieve a book I had left in the cafe today. He didn?t have to do that and I feel, went above and beyond to help.I regard this as great customer service from a very decent young man. Give him a bonus Asda!!!!
