I?ve been going to Aesthetics for the best part of 20 years !!! They have always looked after me and given the best personal service. Grace has being doing my hair for about 4 years and is always friendly, professional and flexible with appointment times to suit. She knows the right colours to use and does a lovely cut/blow dry and of course keeps me supplied with coffee ;)

I have been a customer of Aesthetics for many years and can honestly say I wouldn?t go anywhere else to have my hair done. My weekly appointment with Grace for a blow dry is the highlight of my week. She always does a fantastic job and has gone out of her way to make sure I am happy with the colour. I have only ever had Adrian cut my hair - which he does brilliantly - but recently Grace cut it for me when Adrian was off and did a fantastic job. I wouldn?t hesitate in letting her do whatever she thought appropriate with my hair now. Every member of staff is absolutely lovely and they are all so well trained. Every visit is a pleasure and I always leave the salon feeling great.

I have been a customer at this salon for almost 10 years! It is safe to say I am quite a hair person and take a lot of pride in the aesthetic of my hair. However, there is none on earth I trust with my hair more than Grace. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! I started getting my cut and blow-dry with her at 15 and she always aced it. I later felt the need to change my hair as the cut was always perfect. We started with balayages and have now build up to half and a whole head of bleach. My expectations have always been very high and it?s extremely hard to explain the look you imagine in your head to the person doing the work. Grace has ALWAYS smashed it out the park everytime. She has a great eye for colour theory and makes sure my hair is not too blonde for my skin tone. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

I have been using Aesthetics for about 5 years for highlights and cut and straighten. Always been happy with the service. HOWEVER, I have recently found out that if you aren?t happy with your cut or colour and you make an appointment, you get CANCELLED. Yes, they refuse to see you again if you aren?t happy on TWO occasions.I recommended that my friend go to Aesthetics. She saw a different colourist to me, and wasn?t happy with the results. I recommended that she book with the colourist that I usually see as I?m always happy. But she got a telephone call from the MANAGER to say that they have to cancel because she wasn?t happy the last two times, despite been booked in with a different person?????? I will be letting all my friends know and I will not be returning to a business that treats its clients in this way. Very disappointing.Service: Hair coloring

New review of a beauty treatment - went for a pedicure pre holiday. Booked 2 slots for me & my cousin at the same time. We only booked here because it was short notice & my regular place couldn't fit both of us in Specified it had to be at the same time. When we arrived we were told our appointments were with the same person back to back, which we weren't happy about. After some jiggling they got us in at the same time using the other person. Girls are very nice & polite & area at the back that they use is also nice. But i didn't rate the pedicure very much. The water was luke warm & the treatment was basic. I didn't feel pampered at all & worst of all my feet weren't as smooth as i've had from other places. My cousin still had massive dry cracks/lines in her feet (first post pregnancy massage) & I had flaking skin. Will not be returningOld review - Post covid lockdown i was looking for a local salon for my cut & finish. Aesthetics was recommended to me so I went along. I've had three cut & finishes there. Staff on front desk are nice. Salon also has a pleasant atmosphere. Love the massage chair when they're washing my hair. That's the best part. I don't feel the stylists care. They ask what i want & each time i've said i don't know & they just stare at me until i end up saying just tidy it up. They offer no help, solutions or suggestions. My hair naturally is really curly. They always comment & ask if i leave it curly. Each time (yes i've been asked it all 3 times) i've said no and explained it becomes frizzy when dry & i think it needs product to keep the curls defined - have they ever offered a single recommendation? No. I also have really dry skin so my scalp becomes dry without the right shampoo. I've left with horrible & embarrassing dry patches at the hair line - you might say that's my problem but i've recently gone to a different salon - no dry patch when they were done. Anyway the cut has always been basic. The blowdry did not leave my hair smooth or frizz free (even i can manage that at home) & they never straighten my hair properly. As soon as i get in my car i tie my hair back until i can get home to wash & style it myself. Anyway after 3 very mediocre haircuts i went to cabello on brook lane & totally different experience - that'a my new go to place
