This branch is really bad in terms of customer service/experience. I have have to wait 30mins or more to see the cashier. Although other staff around I have to always wait around to be seen

Poor customer service. There are 5 tellers counter out of which one counter is working. Even though there are very few customers. Waiting time might reach an hour. Disappointed.. I would have taken photos and added if it was allowed.

I have applied for Current account switch offer. After 21 days they have not opened my account and when I called customer service they always say go to nearest branch while nearest branch never helped me in this. Thank god I saved my self from this

They are open Saturdays but don't bother going, the only thing open on Saturdays is the front door with some rude staff. No services open, you can only withdraw cash. So what's the point of opening? Your better off going to a cashpoint!

I was left open mouthed last week when I overheard two staff members discussing a friends account in the middle of the bank, they were so loud that I could hear every word they said.

First time I've been in years to the bank, Pam was amazing at this branch, she's a true professional and helped me so much it's insane. Because of her I'm able to have some additional support from the bank with reasonable interest rates. Pam gets each and every star from this review, so well deserved!! Thank you so much

I would like to thank tsb cape hill for showing empathy and kindness in dealing with me today , a little kindness goes along way so they say .Today I would like to thank the staff on reception and a manager who went over and above with helping me through a difficult situation.This was on the 21/04/2023 between 11.00amd 11.45 am.I am so grateful for the effort you all put in and now know why I bank with the tsb ..
