I was left open mouthed last week when I overheard two staff members discussing a friends account in the middle of the bank, they were so loud that I could hear every word they said.

First time I've been in years to the bank, Pam was amazing at this branch, she's a true professional and helped me so much it's insane. Because of her I'm able to have some additional support from the bank with reasonable interest rates. Pam gets each and every star from this review, so well deserved!! Thank you so much

I would like to thank tsb cape hill for showing empathy and kindness in dealing with me today , a little kindness goes along way so they say .Today I would like to thank the staff on reception and a manager who went over and above with helping me through a difficult situation.This was on the 21/04/2023 between 11.00amd 11.45 am.I am so grateful for the effort you all put in and now know why I bank with the tsb ..

I've been told that I will have to wait THREE MONTHS to open a under 19s account for my daughter. The staff didn't even bother to collect contact details to book an appointment, I'm assuming that they have no intention of actually making any appointments in the near future. I wondet if the branch is under new management because TSB Capehill use to be good and easily accessible. Now you have to queue for 20 minutes to be told that there's no appointments until three months later without an actual follow through.

Pam samra provided a first class customer service she helped me sort out my finances she made me feel at ease she did not rush me even though we went a little over my schedule time well done pam. First time in a long time I visited my local branch will come again if I need to an felon way about coming due to the customer service I recieved.

Sad to see all the negative comments regarding staff at this branch. Must admit wasn't looking forward to entering branch.Glad I did. was welcomed first by a lovely lady didn't get her name but had beautiful long hair. I explained what I needed to do and she directed me to the right counter.Where I met a gentleman named Paul. He dealt with my business with the utmost care, patience and respect. He showed how to pay a cheque in at machine (I never done this before).All in all a first class service. I have been a TSB customer for over 50 years. First joined when the Trustee Savings Bank was on Dudley Rd..I would just like to say a huge thank you to both members of staff.
