Really poor experience at this specific store. The ?store manager? had a hostile attitude from the jump. No basic customer service (no greeting, no smile, no thank you), and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even after I apologised for my mistake during the click and collect process and stated I don?t mind waiting or coming back, she treated me with complete rudeness ? gave off discriminatory vibes.

I had such a great experience at Superdrug! One of the Asian girls helped me today to pick out the right makeup for me, and she was honestly so sweet and helpful. Last time, the other girl helped me choose as well, and both times they took their time, gave great advice, and really made me feel comfortable.
The staff that work here are honestly so nice and sweet ? they really go out of their way to help customers, and I?ve always had a good experience with them. It makes such a difference when you feel welcomed and supported while shopping.
The store is always full of a great variety of products, and I always leave happy with what I?ve bought. I?ll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend this Superdrug to others!

I understand its very hot to work on this weather but one female staff member, had her superdrug t-shirt lifted up showing her tummy which I think was very unprofessional
When I arrived at the till I was told very abruptly by a lady in a black jacket to go to the bottom till with no manners at all. When my product was scanned the girl with her top lifted, threw it down and just assumed I was paying by card. Not friendly at all.

I came into the store several months ago with my granddaughter in a boggu. Stock all over the floor and which ever way I went I could not get through without moving stock, a real health and safety concern.
Returned to the store Friday 2nd May and initially things looked better and stock was in boxes that were piled up on each other by pillars so not obstructing the aisles. I turned a corner and there were more piked stock boxes, had a bouquet of flowers in my left hand so did not see a lone box left in the aisle. I went flying into adjacent shelving. I badly twisted my back and banged my arm and only a customer came to check if I was okay after the crash. I pointed out to the staff that the box was a hazzard and they said they knew. Luckily I have tough bones, I had a swelling on my arm yesterday but thankfully bruising has come out today and my back is just sore. So dangerous and I do not intend to leave it there as someone could get seriously injured.

Went for a click and collect and the person who was stood right at the front was having a drink and when i asked where to go to collect my order she made sure she had a few sips before answering back - i thought retail staff were not allowed to drink on shopfloor or on their shift unless it was water, my order was brought over eventually but ive been to the store before and never had a welcome from the staff before

Theworkers are rude and don?t have the best customer service skills. They have their own conversations whilst customers are shopping and talk and laugh very loudly. It ruins the shopping experience. No one even checked in to see if they?re able to help at all which I did need. The worker with pink hair was especially louder than the rest

Great branch of Superdrug. Really convenient as 5 mins walk from my home. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
