I?m always anxious when it comes to eye examinations. I?m always expecting to hear the worst about my eye health. As a precaution I paid the extra to have the in depth eye examination. Two of the friendliest staff I have ever met Looked after me - Aisha and Aisha - yes two in the same store. They instantly made me feel relaxed, explained exactly what they were doing and informed me that my eye health was good. I left feeling good for the rest of the day. These two are a credit to Specsavers, Bearwood. Hopefully this will be fed back to them.

Was served by Issac on Saturday when o went to pick up my glasses . Issac was friendly courteous had excellent product knowledge. Very professional and listened to me and gave feedback when needed . Great service by Issac and felt very comfortable and at ease with him . Thank you very much Issac for making me feel like a valued Specsavers customer and making sure my glasses fitted me correctly including the extra service of putting a screw on my old pair so I can use them as a spare set . Great service and Visit .

From the moment you enter the examination to the end of the examination and the selection of glasses, you feel that you are treated like someone special. Everyone on the staff is kind and asks questions and explains every step.

We had a frustrating experience: I booked an eye test for my 3-year-old, but when we arrived, they informed me they don?t perform eye tests for children. This should have been communicated during booking. I dont know the reason tbh why????

Called in because I had dislodged a contact lens in my eye and was not able to locate it.
I was seen by 'Kash'? a member of staff who located the lens by means of a dye in my eye. Fortunately it had relocated to where it should be, on the coloured part of the eye, and Kash decided to take it out himself as my eye had 'been through enough' having been dislodged.
Very swift service by a knowledgeable, helpful member of staff.

I haven't been for an eye test in 35 years.
The team a Specsavers in Bearwood were friendly and welcoming.
It was fun having all of the new scans and test as they kept me well informed throughout.
